Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, Aircon worked well.

We paid in cash when we arrived and as we didn’t have exact cash we paid to the nearest we could, we were owed some change which they advised would be given in the morning when we checked out. Upon checking out they didn’t have the change so we had to leave empty handed. If they had been truthful when checking in we could have gone into the town to find some change and pay exactly but at 6am when checking out we didn’t have that choice, we needed to get on the road so just had to leave without it.

Staff accepted the request to alter the stay timings.

Tap was loose and difficult to operate. Bathroom was not clean. No dental kit was provided. Room was with cigarette smoke smell when entered. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Location of hotel was very much near to my conference venue. Plus within walking distance from Amanora Mall.

Complimentary breakfast can have more options. Restaurant not suitable for family dinner since other guests in groups / solo drinking liquor.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great
