Location was great clean and tidy. Staff very friendly breakfast was great and the rooms warm as air con works very well.

Hand basin a little small which made it hard brushing teeth. Access to more utensils would be great.

Clean and comfortable bed. Nice view of the lake. Location is great.

No water provided. Vending machine is cash only. Should have an option for cards. Airconditioning heating plays up. Turns off and on.

Breakfast was consistent and rich of choice Hot chocolate was beutiful and the 2 people who manage the food and breakfast were very nice and beautiful Room was comfortable overall, shower was very nice

One really bad note is finding a long blond hair in my cereals... we are only human but.... The rest would be only a plus but not necessary: Only one type of milk and jam Waffle would be nice to rich up the necessary calories for a day of skiing The bed sheets... strangely set! Protection of the outdoor stairs for when it is raining No dinner... it would be nice to have it on the spot
