Matress old and uneven Need replacing.

The staff were all courteous & friendly! Quiet, clean, recently renovated, ample parking. Subpar water pressure.

The staff tried to be accommodating. I asked for a fleece blanket for the second bed. None was available, but an alternate was offered instead. Did not like the fact that a cup of cigarette butts were sitting outside at our backdoor. Staff removed it as soon as it was brought to their attention. Outside the facility looks nothing like photo. Please post true photo.

The Hotel was nice, undergoing renovations. Our room was clean but had a "weird odour" smelled like the previous people might have had a dog. We don't have any pets & noticed it right away. Hotel cleaning staff should have a scented spray they can use to take away the odour. The gentleman at the counter asked for a deposit of $200 that I would get back when we checked out. It appears it won't be for 3-5 days until I get it back. Doesn't see right.

Not much within walking distance. The renovations were great

We were staying for swim meet. The breakfast wouldn’t serve until 7 am during weekends. The staff heard that we needed to leave early. They decided to serve hot breakfast only for us at 6am. Much appreciated.

Hotel room has a lot of comforts like a fridge, microwave, ironing board, etc (albeit, it's a bit on the older side). They are undergoing some renovations right now, in particular the main lobby area; the entry and concierge desks are currently relocated but there are no construction sounds or dust which was great! Heater in the room worked immediately/very effectively and my only main concern was the fan in the bathroom which was super loud. Bed was soft & very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A really good budget option. Definitely recommended especially if you're there for proximity reasons as I was.

Worst pillows I've ever been asked to use in my life. You could read a newspaper through them they're so thin and worn out. Took over three hours and several requests to get two more, only for one of those to be just as flat lumpy and terrible. TV services were out for approximately 5 hours of our evening which was planned to stay in.

Pay all this money for a hotel room and the tv didnt work
