This is a pretty boutique b & b with 6 rooms. It is located about 600 metres from entry to the old town. The location is unattractive next to a builders' yard but once inside it is a different story. No reception open until late afternoon so we had difficulty gaining entry which we did eventually to be received by a friendly and very helpful receptionist. No access to our room until later, so we left luggage to explore beautiful Locorotondo. The b & b is unusual with a reception area and breakfast room. Most bedrooms open directly to the outside so we had to move quickly to avoid the wind and rain. The small swimming pool and gardens create a lovely setting for outdoor breakfast, with multiple choices served at table by the helpful William. In our case indoors at a large table with others. Our bedroom was lovely and comfortable with a large comfy bed, responsive heating and modern rustic bathroom with the best shower ever. We also had a small sitting area. Wi-fi was strong.

A delightful small B&B with many individual touches and a lot of character. The rooms are not large but each has it's private outdoor space as well as the option to use the main garden which has a pool. A particular mention for the fabulous breakfasts served in the garden with a great choice and variety of things to eat and a focus on local produce.

I would highly recommend this charming small hotel to anyone. With six rooms the warm, excellent hosts ensure you feel truly welcome. Breakfast, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, is served by the pool, adding to the special experience. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It's an ideal spot for anyone visiting the stunning town of Locorotondo, just a short stroll away. A very special find.

We were so pleased to have found this little gem! A superb B&B in a beautifully appointed historic building. First class breakfast served poolside by William with personal attention each morning, likewise Antonina and staff available for our every need.

Beautiful property, cool and stylish design that still retains the traditional charm, spotlessly clean everywhere. Our room Il Roseto was spacious with good A/C , huge comfortable bed, great shower with all toiletries (Rituals) provided. Fantastic breakfasts by the pool, good selection all served to the table, fresh focaccia, eggs, meats and cheeses, fresh juice and great barista coffee. The pool is very nice, especially at the end of a day exploring in the heat. Staff all very friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and beaches, they know their stuff, perfect Puglia hospitality, Thank you to Antonietta, William and Roberta. We found Dimora Graziana to be a good base to explore the area, Just a 5 minute walk into town, 15 minute drive to Alberobello, Monopoli 25min, Polignano mare 30min We even drove to Matera which was an easy drive 1hr 30mins Can’t wait to return !

This is such a wonderful place to stay! Super rooms, excellent location, beautiful pool and fantastic breakfast. It's a small residence but this is part of its charm. The staff are lovely and it's very easy to visit local towns and sites, including Arbellobello. It's the perfect place to explore this part of Puglia, although hiring a car is probably a good idea. If you want somewhere authentic, friendly and charming, this is a perfect choice.

Nice little property just steps away from Locorotondo. We loved this little gem. Comfortable and clean, wonderful staff and an easy 5 minute walk to town. Enjoyed breakfast poolside each morning. They had a pool which we never did use because it was not warm enough but it was nice to sit around and have a glass of wine after a long day. Highly recommend!

This boutique hotel (only six rooms). is perfect as a base for this part of Puglia. Locorotondo itself is a beautiful little town with wonderful restaurants and landscape. The hotel itself is so pretty and well appointed. Our room was large, with lovely furnishings and with a big bathroom and private courtyard. Bed was very comfortable. The pool area and garden is absolutely beautiful and breakfast out there every day was a treat. William did an excellent job looking after us with beautifully prepared food made from locally sourced ingredients (of particular importance to the hotel). All the staff were beautiful to deal with and always went out of their way to offer advice and suggestions. The hotel is perfectly located (approximately 300 metres to the historical centre). Parking is street parking but free and plentiful. Walking and running around the area is fantastic and we enjoyed it more seeing the trulli in the countryside here than Alberobello. Day trips to Polignano a Mare, Ostuni and even Matera were easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Great hotel.

We’ve just spent eight nights there and have loved every minute. The most outstanding item of note was the staff. Fiorella, Lisa, Rebecca, Roberta and William just made us feel like we were at home and nothing was too much trouble. They arranged dinner reservations, with very good recommendations at that, our car hire, arranged dry cleaning, shared lots of local and surrounding knowledge for places that we visited and enjoyed, kept the rooms tip top at all times and of course fed us very well at each breakfast time. Nothing was too much trouble and they we’re all just so very genuine and so very friendly with it too. Felt a wee bit sad to leave them, so a big thank you to you guys for making us feel this way. The venue itself was very nice, quiet and peaceful and so we enjoyed the down time. A five minute walk from the historic hilltop walled village, so a lovely breakfast by the pool, then lunch and dinner in the village with the pool in between no problem. We had a lovely time but it was made so because of Fiorella, Lisa, Rebecca, Roberta and William. Go visit them.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Our major remark was that the fan of the airconditioning in the room made a lot of noise. The staff did immediately efforts to solve the problem (a technician came 2 times) but at the end: no result. We had the impression that some airconditioning units could not regulate the fan speed. So we had 2 terrible hot nights because opening the window was not an option because our room was located in front of the house, next to a busy road. The B&B offered us some extra's for free, which we appreciated. Breakfast was a strange thing: one day rather limited (no fresh juice, no sweets, ...), the other day better. No beach towels for the swimming pool, so you have to use the towels of the bathroom. All in all: clean, nice garden (but be aware that the place is rather small), friendly staff,within 2 minutes walking to the nice little town of Locorotondo, but don't expect too much luxuary.
