Comfort Inn

Liked the breakfast. Staff were very friendly and eager to help

Its more like a motel than a hotel. Rooms are not very sound proof at all, can hear TV next door or music. Other room had a smell. When we got there they didn't have our booking. We booked on booking.com and got confirmation but booking was not completed on Comfort Inn's end.

Clean, fairly modern, quiet.

The breakfast was good. The location was tricky to enter with a steep driveway in the winter. Icicles dripping from the eaves created icy walking conditions.

We had to pay an extra $100.00 for the two dogs to stay the two nights. The halls were extremely noisy as children were permitted to run them playing tag and making noise until after 10 pm.

I’ve stayed in many comfort inn hotels but have never have the room phone not working and coffee machine not working. The desk was informed about the issues but nothing was done

Rooms were very hot, had to put on the a/c to get the room temperature to come down. Also, couldn’t get up the steep hill into the hotel because it wasn’t salted or plowed. Luckily there was a way around the building that we had to use instead.
