Comfort Inn Newmarket

It was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I found the breakfast area wasn't tended to and became dirty. I also found hair in the eggs. Additionally, I found the guests to be very loud. Running the hallways and yelling until about midnight. I recognize the staff do not police the guests, but it would be nice if they had a quiet guest hall and a loud guest hall option on checking in. Maybe this would cut down on interrupted sleep.

Clean, comfortable rooms; good breakfast.

Everything was fine-nothing to dislike

The breakfast offerings were great 😊 and staff was great. We liked the power cord charging options at the in room desk especially the usbC that was powerful enough to charhe a macbook. We never are that lucky so it was great!

1. Found a piece of dry dog food on our bedroom floor upon check in 2. Lack of hooks to hang wet towels for 3 persons, only one towel bar so a hook on back of door would help 3. Patio door ( no matter what position handle was in) it would not lock. Had to always have security bar in place to make sure no one would open it. The staff was quick to go look at it . However this is a regular maintenance check that should be made on all doors in rooms to ensure the safety and security of all guests and assest protcetion for the hotel itself.

Breakfast was just good, i apperciate what you had served. The dinning was nice fresh and clean.

The patio doors , was a difficult to open for me, has i am 70 years young, its a good job my youngest daughter was travel with me.
