The location of the apartment is excellent. It is a few steps away from the north of Las Canteras beach. We consider the northern part of the beach most suitable for staying because it is less windy and is very wide. Kids' playground is available as well. Shops, parking, markets, and Aquarium are very close to the apartment. This apartment is on the first floor so you enter just from the street. The apartment is really very unique with very old tyles. However, it is newly renovated and comfortable. We liked the beds, the style and kitchen area. The host was very helpful. He provided a lot of information about Gran Canaria, the best places to eat and visit. I really recommend this place. It is a very good value for money.

Sometimes, because the building was old, we felt a bad smell of canalization. The apartment has no windows to the street, and there is a lack of natural sunlight, especially in the morning. But ir was not a huge issue for us.

We loved this place! The condo is a beautifully restored 100 year old (or older?) apartment, perfectly located 1 block from the beach. Fran’s let us check in early and was super helpful throughout our trip. 100% recommend. Thanks Fran!

Location was excellent, easy access to beach, restaurants, shops, parking. Nice old building. Great host!

It is on the main street, really loud. We had to book another room and mostly slept in a different place, My wife is very sensitive to sounds during night. It was a bit too loud for me as well. For people with strong sleep it would not be a problem. Place is a bit wet, but probably because of that not too hot in summer.
