Wadi Rum Dream Camp

Both the place itself and the staff were amazing! I took a 5 hour tour of the desert with Fahad who was awesome! He took us to his home for lunch and even ran me into town for cigarettes. He threw in some stargazing both nights I was there. Highly recommend!!

The whole thing was amazing!! From the ride on the truck to the camp, the accommodation and the view, the food was amazing, staff so helpful and friendly and overall great value for money I’d say! LOVED IT! Such a magical experience.

Nothing at all!

After the booking, the whatsapp communication with their manager is greta to calm the nerves as there is a lot a new tourist doesn’t know about the area. We were given a free upgrade by their manager Amjad. He also took out for an excursion himself (paid activity) after all drivers were unavailable.

A few negatives. Breakfast was a bit limited but they had eggs. It might also be because we went at the very end. Otherwise, very nice stay considering that it was in the middle of a desert.

A través del alojamiento hicimos una excursión por el desierto, y salvo en un par de ocasiones no coincidimos con mucha gente. En el alojamiento había siempre disponible una tetera para poder tomar algo en la zona común. Con la cena había una pequeña explicación de cómo se había cocinado, y una charla sobre orientación con las estrellas. La cena estaba muy rica.

Fue una pena tener que hacer el checkout tan pronto (a las 10:00). Nos hubiera gustado podernos quedar un rato más por el desierto de alrededor antes de tener que volver a nuestro vehículo.

Fantastisch camp! Schitterende bubbels waar we sliepen met ‘s morgens een onvergetelijke zonsopgang. Lekker diner en ontbijt. Prima georganiseerde jeep tour van 4uur met alle highlights Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer stipt om gemaakte afspraken na te komen.

There are so many camps to choose from in Wadi Rum it can be a bit overwhelming. What makes this one stand out is how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Communication before arrival was great and nothing came as a surprise. Dinner was absolutely delicious and the tours on offer were well priced. The camp is conveniently located and well set out, with nice options for places to relax when not out on a tour. There are camps further out into the reserve but this one offered a good balance between convenience and location. My wife became sick shortly after we arrived and the team at Wadi Rum dream camp were very supportive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more.

There was nothing negative to say about Dream Camp or the staff. Due to the number of camps that are in the area, some light pollution is unavoidable - We didn’t opt for the stargazing experience but this might be worth doing if you don’t feel comfortable walking a little way outside of the camp yourself.

Das ganze Camp ist wirklich unglaublich schön und die Mitarbeiter und der Gastgeber sind total nett. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf die Bubble bekommen die eine Klimaanlage hat und eine tolle Aussicht bietet. Wir haben eine Jeep-Tour gebucht die sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat und einem die unglaubliche Landschaft von Wadi Rum zeigt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Nächstes Mal werden wir definitiv wieder in dieses Camp gehen.

Struttura molto pulita. Bella accoglienza da parte dello staff. Ottime le escursioni organizzate (jeep tour e osservazione stelle). Le stanze panoramiche sono veramente bellissime! La sera è veramente magica con tutta l’illuminazione e la cena beduina a base di pollo e patate cotti sotto la sabbia. È veramente un posto magico!!
