K's House Hokkaido - Asahidake Onsen Hostel

Great place to ski Asahidake super friendly and helpful staff most speak English. Great onsen !!

The atmosphere was great. The common area was very relaxing. The kitchen was big and well equipped. Great area to let snowboard and gear dry out.

Fantastic place dont forget to bring food no restaurant in Asahidake.

This was such a treat of a hostel, and for a great price too. Really no complaints about the hostel itself, but be sure to know what you are getting into when you book. Bathing is done via an on-site onsen that is open from 7pm to 9am. If you are used to onsens this won't be a problem, but watch out if you've never used one before as it is a different experience. There is also nearly nothing going on in the area surrounding the hostel, so be sure to bring food with you from whatever city you are coming from as there is no convenience store, market, and only 1 restaurant within 30 miles. If climbing mount asahidake and knowing what you are getting into, this hostel is AMAZING!

Nice place to stay just a 15 minute walk to the Ropeway. I had a room with private bath that was quiet and comfortable. Great, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Nice onsen and a much more reasonable price than the surrounding properties
