Clean location. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. We had one problem with our room and it was resolved as soon as it was brought to the staff's attention. Bbq available to guest is really great.Close to all services. 1/2 drive to wasaga beach. Would book at that location without hesitation.

"Midland "

Our stay was good, we had a toddler with us and a smoker, no smoking inside, but had a sliding door so she could easily step outside and have a smoke, our toddler loved feeding the seagulls old timbits,

The staff was friendly, beds comfortable, room clean but the outside is NOT looked after. Gardens full of weeds, garbage around pucnic area.

Bed was comfortable, some areas that wouldn’t be noticed by others for dust was noticed by me. Needs a new mirror in the bathroom. Otherwise for what we were using it for, it was satisfactory
