CHObwohl wir bereits 5Monate zuvor reserviert hatten und Urlaub angegeben haben. Haben wir das Zimmer mit Verbindungstür erhalten und beim Treppenaufgang /- eingang wo wir die ganze Nacht die Türe sehr laut ins Schloss fallen hörte. Und die Zimmernachbarn mit der gleichen Türe war so laut, dass man das Gefühl hatte sie ständen im Zimmer. Auch auf unser reklamieren keine Reaktion. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer schmutzig und unfreundlich, nur die Bilder im Internet sehen anmächlich aus.
