The place is neat and quite, friendly staff, we were allowed to check in more than 4hrs before time as we have travelled all the way from England , 10mins walk to bus stop and easy access.

Excellent room, but a few awkward uncommonalities that downgraded my rating: -toilet in room broken at arrival, fixed only after 3 days; no compensation offered (lime a free breakfast or so?!? ;-) -sound isolation of rooms is poor; -bed&breakfast, but latter not included in price; -even though you drop your towel on the floor, 2 times it was hung back for re use - bottles of water were refilled with tapwater

Good location, parking, view, breakfast, the hostess was super friendly! The room is comfortable and silent.

I would love to have had a thicker pillow

I don’t like anything she took extra 20 euro for late check in ( total 50 euro )

I made a reservation at 19:20 yesterday, we informed the hotel by phone that we would arrive late, it was not stated on the phone that late check-in would be subject to an extra charge, it was in the automatic message sent to our message box. We arrived at the hotel at 1 am due to snowfall, we informed this via SMS and message, this time he got a little angry with me and took an extra 20 Euros, totaling 50 Euros for late check-in. The hotel owner could not have accepted my reservation instead. (There was snow outside and the electric heater in the room was not working, I had an experience close to a refrigerator for 170 Euros in this hotel), (even booking can check) I think they are making serious money from late check-in, there is a cunningness here. There should be a warning in the reservation section of booking. There was a coded box at my room entrance, instead of taking an extra 50 Euros, they could have left the key there. Believe me, it is not money, the lady was very rude. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in dozens of countries through booking site, this was the worst experience for me.

Everything was just perfect. The host is amazing and always goes extra mile to provide to her guests!
