The location to the Ameris bank venue. The area around is quiet and clean. It is on a main street but even then the noise still quiet. Check in was easy and the two staff (main desk clerk and cleaning lady) was very polite.

The hall you walk down to get to your room felt like a sauna. People that have asthma this is terrible. Went down for breakfast around 830 but there was nothing left or they did not provide much.

Staff the are rude and have anger issues. They treat there foreigners better than American staff. Because they are ran by foreigners. Very impolite people.I believe they live in the same hotel!!!

The staff called the children and told them they needed to check out . I did not share the pleasant experience with some the other guests concerning customer service . There is one guy whom walks around with a BROOM and stares at you as if you are not welcomed . American ran establishments are better . I would leave this one alone .

Bed was comfy. Hottub worked well

Bathroom not thoroughly cleaned soap gobs on shower wall. Bathroom fans inoperable. And pool was advertised but not working on arrival. We booked this room bc of vacation trip with kids. They were miserable not being able to play in pool
