Staff were nice

Very dirty and establishment as a whole was below average. Doors didn’t shut all the way. Checked out after 1 night and moved to a different hotel.

The location was fine right near public transportation. Staff was friendly & accommodating! Guests above too noisy pounding etc.

The washers need to be up to date! Payment card friendly.

"The stay was no very pleasant."

Location was convenient for my trip. Check in and out process was pleasant and easy. Staff was friendly.

Trash was outside in parking lot and in front of building, entrance to lobby. When we stepped of elevator going to room the smell of smoke was very strong. While staying at property, the Shampoo bottle attached to wall fell off while I was in shower hitting and bruising my foot. Very disappointing and painful.

Nothing

Room I requested smelled like smoke. Complained and they put my husband and I in a room with ONE double bed. We requested and paid for a room with a KING bed and instead got a room with one double bed. Called Booking.com and Complained. Haven't heard anything back. But you asked me to take survey rating worker for Booking. Com.
