Das Personal hat sich bemüht.

Man merkt man, dass die Mitarbeiter ängstlich und nicht informiert sind. Vorgesetzte stolzieren durch das Hotel wie Feldwebel und brüllen herum. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Standard entspricht nicht dem, was man erwartet. Kein Shampoo, kein Duschgel im Bad, keine Tücher, kein Wasser. Das Essen: Billig eingekauft, teuer verkauft. Ganz schlimm: der Cappuccino - kostet aber 5.- Euro. Preis-Leistung ganz schlecht.
