"Who’s it was better.!"

The pool that’s wat my kids was really excited about

The property is dirty.! They didn’t have any towels or towels in the pool. None of the ice makers worked so they a few bags of ice but definitely not enough the was letting them sit out & melt then putting them n the freezer. Nobody speaks English enough they all act slow like they don’t understand wat your saying.! The pull out couches the mattress on them is old & dirty af even with the sheets u wouldn’t wont to sleep on that!

Horrible rooms were filthy bed bugs on bed have a real bad ant problem in hotels rooms ant were everywhere no after hour house keeping and the workers were very rude ask for a refund they did not want to issue a refund

"Was probably the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had."

Nothing it was dirty, not kept up on

Sheets were dirty. Room was dirty, staff kept saying “idk it’s my first day” and there was nobody else to help. Had to ask for TP cause there was none when we checked in. We had to asked 4 times for new sheets and blankets

The blanket was dirty the picture that was advertised was not the correct representation of the space and cleanliness of the room, the sofa bed had rust stains all over it and had to go request bedding. The room was too small for 4 adults for a King Suite. And the price was high.
