Comfort Inn & Suites West Springfield

Bel emplacement de l'hôtel, chambre de bonne dimension. Déjeûner très simpliste mais disponible pour ceux désirant manger à l'hôtel.

Chambre de bain de ma chambre qui n'était pas tellement propre, taches noires sur les murs et sur le revêtement. Chambre qui aurait besoin d'être rénové/ mise au goût du jour (trou dans le mur, bris, etc).

Si es nuestra segunda vez y me encanta la otra vez 3 semana y esta vez 1 semana todo muy limpio el personal excelente recomendado al 100 x 100

Staff was super, especially the housekeeping staff!

The beds could be a little more comfortable but I realize that is subjective and everyone has different preferences.

Room smelled like diluted smoke Refrigerator didn't work Shower door was broken Substandard decor with peeling wallpaper People propping outside doors open

Nothing it was loud and it was ratchet. There was kids after 9 o’clock at night running through the hallways banging on doors you went to the pool. There was girls and thongs boys and boxers, grown ass men in boxers with little girls in the Jacuzzi. There was teenagers drinking cut waters Twerking music loud at the pool. It was bad.

Our stay sucked then the water was dirty. There was bugs in the Jacuzzi.

The beds where comfy

1 .pool was dirty 2. people had people in thier with speakers people drinking and smoking and eating and a grown ass man in boxers with Lil girls thier and thier was ants in the jacuzzi 3.kids where banging on doors after 10pm 4. Power went out heater went off and ac was on so we woke up to a freezing room and its 20 degrees out here We complained and all they said was well you can leave early

The pool was a good size

Water stains on ceiling, broken handles on drawers, the whole place anywhere like chlorine, broken vents, dusty, moldy caulking in shower

The pool and hot tub relaxing 😊
