Access was very easy, the room was well equipped with kettle, fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. There is a lovely garden at the house with sun lounges, tables and chairs. It was very convenient for us for Pisa Airport and to walk into Pisa. Excellent value for money.

The shower was not the cleanest.

The proximity to the airport and train station - it is so close to both! It's around a 40 minute walk into the centre where the leaning tower and cathedral are. The pizza place at the end of the street - fantastic pizza at great prices!! Being able to drop bags off before check-in. Breakfast available in the room.

Communication could have been better. I contacted the accommodation beforehand to ask if I could drop my bags off early and was told I could and was asked what time I would arrive, which I told them. I then messaged again when I was en route to confirm the time. When I arrived (on time) I was stood on the street ringing the bell for a while with no answer. I then called the phone number on the door and was given the code for the outer gate and told they would be with me in a moment. I waited half an hour in the garden and then called again. I explained the situation again and was asked to go around to the back garden and was sent a series of messages directing me to my room, which was a converted garage/summer house at the bottom of the garden, which wasn't clear from the listing. It was also a bit unclear when someone would come to check my passport to complete registration/check-in. The room I stayed in was pretty basic, but had the essentials. There was also a kettle, microwave, and fridge in the room. It's worth noting they charge 10 Euros extra a night for aircon (cold or hot). Breakfast was already in the room - a selection of pre-packaged pastries, jams, yoghurt, and cartons of juice. It is a little noisy at night - a mixture of the caged birds in the garden and planes overhead (comes from being so conveniently located near the airport) and the fridge in the room was a little noisy. If you're a light sleeper you may want to consider ear plugs or headphones. The location is great though - it was so easy to walk from the train station and to the airport for my flight. It is also a lovely walk into the city centre! It was a convenient location for an overnight stay before getting a flight.

W pokoju śmierdziało wilgocią i grzybem, pod prysznicem grzyb, zapchany odpływ oraz drzwi do kabiny które się nie domykały. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę to tak naprawdę rogaliki z marketu, soczek i suche tosty. Na miejscu musieliśmy dopłacić 10 euro za łóżeczko dla dziecka na jedną noc. W pokoju bardzo głośno do późnych godzin było słychać głośne rozmowy i trzaskanie drzwiami. Brak zasłon w oknach było wszystko widać co się dzieje w środku i na zewnątrz a pokój mieliśmy na parterze. Klimatyzacja również dodatkowo płatna. Na jedną noc można przemęczyć ale następnym razem poszukałbym czegoś innego.

Cute bed and breakfast - breakfast is just enough to line the stomach but still helpful.

They have an aircon in the room yet make you pay 10 euros to use the aircon? Couldn’t believe it given we were travelling mid July and it was 37 degrees C.

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, közel a reptérhez, vasutállomáshoz. Gyalog mindössze 20 perc.

I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and convenient this property was. The room looks onto a lovely garden which is furnished with tables, chairs and loungers. The room had a large comfortable bed. The breakfast provided in the room was enough for a quick breakfast. There is a kettle, coffee machine and a fridge. There is a large bathroom with toiletries. There is also access to a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect for the airport, train station and shops and restaurants.
