Staff were very friendly, restaurant was food was tasty, room was spacious.

AC did not work at all so room was extremely hot as the weather was 35 degrees. Road was too noisy to open window. I could not sleep. Room was not the cleanest, and needed redecorating.

Das Aiden war eine perfekte Basis, Biberach zu erkundigen. Es liegt fußläufig ca 5-10 Minuten vom zentralen Markt entfernt. Die Rezeptionistin und das Personal im allgemeinen waren sehr freundlich. Nachdem wir im ersten Zimmer die Hygiene im Bad beanstandet hatten, erhielten wir ein Upgrade in eine höhere Zimmer Kategorie. Das Frühstück war gut. Parken im hoteleigenen Parkhaus funktionierte problemlos.

Alles war in Ordnung
