Lovely lobby and bar area. Nice spacious, clean rooms with very comfortable mattress and pillows. Friendly bartender whose cocktails were superb. Convenient location even if not particularly attractive area.

Communication was not great. I wrote three messages with requests or questions and never had a response. The hotel seemed short staffed and those who were there were not especially friendly. Beware of pet policy that is expensive and highly restricted— not really what i’d call “pet friendly”. Breakfast not very appetizing and occasionally incoherent—e.g., instant oatmeal packets but no hot water.

The onsite bar and late checkout were really nice perks!! The staff was knowledgeable about bourbon and local spots to eat as well!!

The water in the shower never got above warm. That was truly the only thing I didn’t enjoy.
