Children under 18 years of age are not allowed access to the spa. Access to the spa is subject to a supplement of 8 Euros. Reservations are required. As with reservations of more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Catalonia Porto will provide detailed payment instructions. Please note that only one dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed (upon request). Supplement of €25 night/animal and deposit of €200Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
