L’accueil, l’écoute du préposé à l’accueil au petit matin. La propreté. Chambre au RC.

Lit trop haut pour ma mère de 91 ans. Pas d’accès à une chambre à 2 lits. Peu d’empathie de la personne à l’accueil de jour la deuxième journée. Porte patio qui donne sur le stationnement.
