Coffee machine was dirty Lamps were not working, they had to replace it at night. Overall the hotel is too old and now dirty and Needs maintenance

The hotel room has carpet everywhere and it makes it look old. My room was good overall, and breakfast was plain. It would be nice if they add a small variety per day. I felt very thirsty in Denver, and this hotel was the first one I encountered that would not have a water station for guests. Something that I highly recommend doing

We checked in to our room with 6 of us and tried to use the hideabed and it had a sign on it that it was broken. So we asked for another room. Liz gave us another room with another broken hideabed that she told us was broken and we couldn't fold up which meant we couldn't use the couch before going to bed. I refused the room and asked for our money back which she also refused. Two hours after our original checkin time we got into a room.

Property ws dingy and in need of updating. Had difficulty finding outlets to use sleep machines. Small room for 5 people. Good thing we were just there to sleep for one night

"Comfortable bed"

I really enjoyed a good night's rest at the Ramada. The bed was very comfortable. I chose the Ramada due to the reviews I read on Agoda. Although the hotel is outdated and the AC noise was somewhat loud but the comfortable bed made up for those issues.

Felt like I was in a jail. The window was barred, and the screen was torn and patched. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The breakfast was not really breakfast The person tending to the breakfast had an attitude
