I’ve stayed at this location twice. This was my third day.. I sometimes overlook a few details because the staff is so overly friendly and kind. but the yogurt machine needs to go when there’s for an objects in my cup. I was told it was the tip that should’ve been taken off before it was put out for people to use. I do think it’s very unsanitary. I was told corporate has made this change. I’m not sure why there isn’t more fruit available for people who don’t eat eggs and bacon. My room was comfortable, but one of the beds was so uncomfortable. I had to switch to the other bed in the room. I don’t think I’m asking for a lot, especially since this was the most expensive best western I’ve ever stayed in and probably had the most room for improvement.

The property smelled dingy. The vanity sink did not drain well. The furniture was old and worn. The pool was under maintenance and unavailable. You have to walk outdoors to get to the main lobby for breakfast. The breakfast was less than desirable.

Very overpriced!!!!

We have stayed here several times and the front desk always has a friendly face. The room is very clean and well stocked and the bed is comfortable. This particular hotel has the best shower of any hotel we have stayed in there is Milton. There are also great restaurant choices no more than 10 minutes away.

No issues

There were a few hiccups in the beginning but every time something went wrong Julie, the night shift manager, was there to correct it on the spot!! The refrigerator went out, within five minutes she was there to replace it. When I couldn’t get the shade to come down in my room, again in under five minutes, she was there to fix it. Upon checking out and then checking back in, she noticed that they didn’t give me my AARP discount. She was quick to get it corrected. It’s not how people react when all is well but how they manage to get up to when life knocks you down. Julie is a true epitome of that saying. She was quiet and professional and addressed all of my concerns. She is the reason come back to a business and she is the reason I would highly recommend staying here!!!
