The room smelt old and moldy I believe that the filter in the air-conditioned unit needed changing it was hard to breathe other than that it was ok..

First room they gave us someone was already in the room the 2nd room had what appeared to be blood stains on floor and curtain 3 room was ok

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hot breakfast was awful, no juice in the juice machine only water. No muffins or pastries, only white bread for toast. The waffle maker was available, but only had sugar free syrup. The only other hot food option was a premade egg fold with cheese and cheap sausage. The cereal options were generic brand corn flakes, crispy rice, and bran flakes with raisins.

It was a great stay very safe in the area and the staff was very nice and didn't bother us at all.

All in all a good place to stay. The breakfast was a little weak. The hot breakfast offerings were very limited.

THIS HOTEL HAS ROACHES!! Big ones!! I booked a 3 night stay for my family and chose this property because it offered free breakfast. A first red flag was a sign saying not to take the breakfast to your room. I thought that was odd especially since everything to eat with was plastic, plates cups utensils. On our last night we were invaded by 3 GIANT water bugs! One was even on the bed! It was about 2:00am and I woke my kids up and we got out of there! I told the staff and nobody was surprised or even apologetic. They knew they had roaches. I talked to the manager Julie to request a refund for the last night due to my inconvenience and she never apologized for the roaches nor for my inconvenience. And then tried to tell me she couldn’t refund the one night I was asking for. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIANT WATERBUGS IN THE BED WITH YOU!!
