"Uncomfortable beds and dry breakfast"

Overall underwhelming/average experience. While there was no major issues, it simply didn't feel like a good value for what we paid ($319/night). We stayed in room 217, and the bed was not comfortable for sleeping. My wife and I were both awake throughout the night because of this. The breakfast buffet was also very disappointing. The waffles, hashbrowns and egg muffins were very dry, so 90% of our food went to waste. I would highly recommend the Best West Premier Wpg East if you're looking for a 10/10 stay

"Shop til you drop!"

This is our 3rd time here and we enjoy our stay here. The location is convenient for shopping at the Outlet Mall across the street and there is a good selection of restaurants near by.

"Surprised by the extra care & details"

Girls weekend getaway was a huge success, staying in the lovely Hyatt House suite. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was much better than expected with all the regular items but also bacon, freshly cut fruit & yogurt and many small extras. It’s been a while since I’ve been surprised by a hotel, and this one was definitely above average.

A great venue and location. Rooms are modern and clean. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Meals were delicious. An overall favourable 3 nights stay. Would definitely return.
