The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Private onsen looking out a balcony. They provided amenities and the drinks inside the fridge were free.

The whole place was so luxurious. We went in a large group and booked multiple rooms. Each one had its known unique elements that made them special. One even had a secret room in the back behind an art piece. The rooms were large, the beds were comfy, the private onsen allow you to adjust the water temp as you liked. The dinner was a delicious 10 courses, and they had a special space for our large group to all eat together. Breakfast was also a tour of Japanese traditional foods. Great experience.

Было много москитов и персонал не отвечал на звонки, все время занято, я спустился на ресепшен и там никого не было, всю ночь плохо спали из-за комаров и нет ничего против комаров в номере . Когда выдали пижаму и кимоно особенно подчеркнули что это не подарок, как будто мы хотели украсть? Ужасно так думать. Сам персонал вежливый но бессонная ночь за 1800$ это ужасно!

Роскошный рекан. Все просто великолепно. Традиционный ужин и завтрак поразили воображение. Внимательность и позитивность персонала очень расположили. Огромный номер с зоной татами, и купелью под открытым небом. Прощальный теплый чай- был очень приятным финальным штрихом к поездке

We had an amazing stay, our hostess was so kind and helped us understand everything about our stay and the food we were having. She made us feel so welcome. The gentleman that assisted us with translations was so helpful and made our stay feel easy and seamless. We had such a good stay and the private baths were amazing!
