"Climatisation des chambres toujours inexistante"

Entretien des climatisations des chambres inexistant, filtre sale, pas de froid en sortie climatisation. Rédhibitoire en période de canicule, Température dans les chambres supérieur à celle des communs. Ce n'est pas un problème ponctuelle, état identique fin juillet 2018.

Beaucoup trop bruyant. Il y a un bar en dessous nous avons dû supporter la musique très forte les 2 nuits. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas changées. Par contre, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.

Hôtel avec restaurant. Un chef cuisinier de grande qualité. Très bonne nourriture variété. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Un personnel très présent et attentif. Hôtel à 10 min en Tram de La Défense donc impeccable pour se rendre à un concert. Supermarché et kebab juste en face. Staff agréable et professionnel. Rien à reprocher.

j'ai bien aime la prorete, la chambre ainsi que le parking . par contre le personnel pas acceuillant, j'avais comme impression qu'il etait fatigue. trop directive pas assez a l'ecoute.
