Arrived at the property and was assigned a smoking room out by the pool. Got into my room and laid down for a nap before work that night and I was startled by something crawling on my face. Needless to say it was a bedbug. Immediately packed my belongings and went to the counter to report it. The staff members was kind and resigned me to a different area of the hotel. She also informed me that I was the 1st guest to start in the room after another guest was there for 1 month. Do not stay in the smoking side of this hotel.

Friendly clean & quite place to stay.

Shower had no hot water. Breakfast gave us serious stomach problems. And not enough towels. Cheapest shampoo and bar of soap I may have ever seen at a hotel.

My only complaint is the wifi was really bad

A lot of disrepair in the bathroom and around the room such as old hairdryer that works no longer stay on the wall, cracked baseboard, badly stained and cracked sink and tub, torn lamp shade. It was clean but super outdated and the towels were small, mismatched and thin. I did not feel unclean or uncomfortable, just could have began way more aesthetically appealing.

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend. This was our second time staying here while we show our Mastiffs at the Chisolm Trail Expo. The staff are super friendly and had nothing but nice things to say about our giant dogs. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice, good coffee, juice, big selection of carbs and fresh fruit (no protein). Lobby is super cute with western decor.

I think they saved the worst rooms for Travelocity. Dead bugs on carpet, burn hole in bedspread, baseboards off and wall crumbling behind it. I chose this hotel because it had a 8.4 rating. I wouldn’t go back. Staff was extremely nice though.
