"Disappointed!"

Positive side: plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Negative side: desk chair had broken arm (snapped in 2), luckily noticed before we sat down. Ice in refrigerator so thick, barely able to insert ice packs and it also contained someone else's egg McMuffin stuck in the back. The mattress: had to hold on edge of mattress if on your side to keep from rolling into the middle. Will not stay there again.

The good - easy check in, close to highway, comfortable bed, all amenities worked. The meh- building looks run down, hallway and rooms worn, dust on furniture, truck noise from highway.

The vent had no cover, the curtains were broken and half hanging on the window. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, and made a loud screeching noise. The door was extremely hard to open. We will never stay there again!

Our 8 yo found a crack pipe in the first 5 minutes of our stay, the sink leaks so the room smelled like mold so we had to run a hair dryer all the time to dry out the bathroom.

Employees dressed i. Pajamas looking like bums. Cigarette burns ahd stains in carpet. Furniture in room ripped and filled with stains. Tv and mirrors look like cleaned with a dirty rag. Toothpaste and hair from previous renter all over the bathroom. Carpet pieces together in room. Stains and cracks and chips and holes in walls. Overall just a terrible room i wouldn’t pay anything to stay in again. I’ve machine broken. Vending machine broken. Very bad experience. Requesting a full refund.

"Extremely disappointed "

If there were any vacancies any where else I would have left this hotel after seeing our room. From the state of the lobby I wasn’t expecting much but I at least expected the room to be clean. Coffee pot was dirty, some trash missed and left on the floor. There was a big water stain with mold on the ceiling. Carpet was stained and what looked like cigarette burns. I was afraid to use the air conditioner as it was dirty. At least the beds seemed clean. The hotel was filled with a lot of out of town workers.
