"3rd Floor Handicap Non Refundable"

I booked an available mobility handicap room online. Upon arrival I was given a handicap room with roll in shower on the 3rd floor?? Yes. Third floor and the desk person assured me it was right next to the elevator. I emphasize I can not do stairs in case of a FIRE. He said it was all they had. My reservation was non refundable. I have no other option than to stay since I have a medical procedure at mayo that can not be canceled. I will do more research next time I come to mayo.

Close to Mayo Clinic and many food and shopping options. Clean and comfortable with full breakfast.

Noise is a little louder than I would like. Room temperature was an issue for me as it was either very cold or too warm.

"My Trip To Rochester Minnesota"

There were a lot of things i liked there. It was a very nice hotel to stay at.

The only thing i really didn't like was that the lady who was setting up the breakfast had a very bad coughing problem. It was very disturbing when i was trying to enjoy my breakfast. I feel like she shouldn't have been handling the food with a cough like hers.

The location and the shuttle driver were very nice.

The lady that did the breakfast was coughing very loud and a lot.
