it was nice and quiet. very helpful staff. door to room had to be pulled shut or it would not latch.

The beds were comfy but it is an older hotel. Floor in room 216 very creaky by the bathroom. The shower handle was stuck on so my head got wet when I went to turn the water on. The food had choices but the hot food was not very good.

USOur room had a few light bulbs burnt out ( one was the blue light for reading, which was inconvenient. As we didn't check in until late in the evening and were gone in the morning, there was not time to have these issues taken care off...the room was very hot ( thermostat claimed it was 64, closer to 74...we ended up turning on the ac at 63 just to get it to kick on for a bit to cool the room Again, our arrival and departure time did not give you time to address the iss
AERoom was good and spacious
The only thing I didnt like is that the hot tub is gone---so enjoyed that!
This hotel was ok, but definitely not as clean as I’d like. Our room had little bits of black stuff all over the floor and desperately needs a shampoo for the carpet. Our crawling baby ended up with dark marks on his pants just from wandering around the floor, which is dark so you can’t see how dirty it is otherwise. There were plenty of pillows, which was nice, but the beds themselves were really firm, great if that’s what you need, but my back was not a fan. The breakfast area was well tended and the man managing it was very polite.
