Comfort Inn Plymouth-Minneapolis

Do not recommend. Wall unit for fan, cooling, and heat was broken. The phone in the room was nonfunctioning. By the time I learned of the broken wall unit, I was in bed and while I tried to call the front desk to get maintenance the phone didn’t work so I just gave up. The next morning I asked for a refund for partial refund, and they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Orbitz. Lucky 13 next door was great.

Beds were super comfy...and hotel was clean and quiet.

We had a great trip. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The customer service was exceptional good. We will stay there again

Overall, nice spot to stay.

My first room had ants in the room I asked to switch front desk said yes and apologized…second room smelt awful so they gave me another room, 3rd room was ok heater was so loud but we didn’t use it so it was fine… My car got broken into while there (along with 12 other at the other hotel that shares a parking lot) front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me…they said they would give me points but I have yet to see those.

The pool was very cold. But my stay was overall great. Loved the fact there was a restaurant connected which had great food.

I had call two weeks before staying and asked for room numbers close by the front door because my sister just had hip replacement so I wanted her to have a easy walk got the room number the day of check in call talked to the woman at the front desk she said she would take care of it got to the hotel our room was not what I needed now we where at the back of the building not close by a door and so far for her to walk she didn’t go down for breakfast And the beds are so high up I had to get a step out of the car for her to get into bed you don’t think of all people when ordering beds and accessible please do better

Check-in was slow. Free breakfast was very limited so we ended up going next door to Lucky 13 instead. Rooms are in need of updates. Pictures were missing off 2 walls but the nails were still in the wall. Hot/cold was backwards on the bathroom sink. No fan in the bathroom. Looked to be some black mold or something starting on the ceiling and walls around the shower. Toilet handle was very loose. Check out was interesting. 3 people were at the desk. Not sure if they were all workers. There was a lady who seemed to be complaining about something. No one looked at me. Finally the lady complaining asked if I needed something and the main worker said she'll get to me and the other gal was also a customer. I interrupted and said all I need to do is check out and handed them the room keys. Super awkward. And the do not disturb key fell off our door so as my husband and son were in the pool and I was getting ready and someone started knocking a bunch on my door. The guy apologized and said the do not disturb thing was on the floor. I asked for the tag back and put it on the handle and then the guy apologized and handed me 3 clean towels??
