The property is showing its age a bit but was serviceable for my stay. Free coffee and water in the lobby, free breakfast with reasonable options. Area has lots of dining options and the pub attached to the property was always bustling in the evening.

Place was clean and comfy beds. Had good amenities. Poor maintenance. We moved from one room because a bathroom pipe was leaking and a cupboard door hinge was broken. The next room had a plugged bathroom sink. If we stay again, we’ll check out everything before we move in.

"Okay for a short stay. Facility looks tired."

It was nice to have the connected restaurant that was open late if arriving after dinner time. Facility seems run down. The room door handle was loose and I did not feel as secure in the room as I should have. The first key cards I was given did not work. I did not have high expectations but still felt that some basic property maintenance was lacking.
