"It was horrible!"

I did not like anything at all. I got a quick refund for my room. The women at the front desk was great with are complaints.

The room was disgusting. It was on the first floor and there were bricks outside my window as if someone could get in and out. I was with my husband who felt extremely uncomfortable when I left him quick to go to the store. I wasn’t looking for perfection. The fridge was all rusted out. Cigarette ashes and stains all around the room. Ants were crawling all over the night stand. It was the worst experience I have ever had had at a hotel.

"Pleasant and comfortable."

Staff were extremely pleasant and professional. Facility was convenient for our purpose. Very clean, staff arranged towels wash clothes in decorative, creative manner. Breakfast was well prepared, organized and staff were interactive!

Did not affect my group / friends specifically because we were in the first floor, but not having an elevator can be difficult. I have stayed at this facility previously.

"A place to go, close to my HS class reunion party, and convenient to I-85 and I-40."

Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs, sausage, DIY Belgian waffle, and good coffee.

The room was initially a little humid/musty smelling but cleared up while I was out to my event (class 50th reunion) as the HVAC was running at 72 with high fan. When I returned there was no issue with smell or humidity.

They did not have room that I booked ! My wife is handicap and all they offered was to cancel my reservation! I went to the comfort inn 2 doors down and it was fabulous!!

I need to make sure I get my refund,also I had insurance!

It was very good for the best rate. We were pleased with the free breakfast and the fitness room. It was limited in size and equiptment but was fine for us. We were pleased with our short stay there and would stay there again.
