Great service, breakfast was good. Love the fresh lemon water in the common area. Our room was across from the elevators and yet it was very quiet.
The room was clean upon arrival, but wasn't cleaned the duration of the 5 day stay despite multiple requests for housekeeping. I will not return.
Breakfast was cold even the eggs and sausage gravy. Ended up in a handicap room although we requested std rm
The property could use some updating. The room smelled musty and damp. The beds were comfortable though. And the staff were all very friendly and nice. There are some very loud people staying at the hotel running around in the hallways at night. The rooms don’t seem to have much noise cancellation. You can hear every noise from above you and from the hallway.
The property is not the same. The linens was nasty with stains on the sheets and blankets. Need cleaning 😫 including the walls and the ceiling had mold. Aaliyah was very helpful and friendly when I complained about linens.
Beds are horrible. It’s a decent place to stay if you need a bed, and a shower.
Great location. Clean rooms, very outdated... could use a little updating, but comfortable spot to stay.
Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was to start at 6:00. We got downstairs about 6:15 and they had just started to put the breakfast out. 6:00 means 6:00. NOT 6:30. So we left without our promised breakfast as we were heading home.
The hotel was clean and it had a nice (hot) breakfast, but it was a noisy hotel. I could hear almost every word of the news broadcast coming from the television from the adjacent room to ours and I'm more than positive that they could hear us.
