Comfort Inn Asheville Airport

Property was well located and near the facility were I was going. Very clean, quiet, beautiful grounds and knock out rose bushes. Friendly staff.

Minor maintenance needed in our room. Bathroom fan and hand held shower wand not working.

This hotel is very convienent to restaurants, airport, main road, sporting event locations. Very close to I-40 off of Hwy 26. Do not expect to get a lot of luxury. The pool is outdoors, open seasonally, if at all. I have not used their pool, nor have I been there when it was open. The sheets, towels, and bedding are clean and crisp white. They smell good and are not scratchy. The breakfast area is basic but it has protein, fruit (apple bananas), and statches. Everyone can eat something. I did not find any hot water for all of the processed packet foods, but they did have oatmeal, grits packets. there were plain bagels, white bread slices, and some blueberry muffins. Coffee... and Coffee.... yeah! In the rooms there were mattresses on top of wood block frames, making the beds a bit stiff as a board feeling. the nice thing about the frames was that no left over junk from previous guests could not get under the bed. As long as housekeeping attendants were being thorough, the rooms were pretty clean. Air conditioner worked well, kept things nicely cool.

Easy access to the airport very close easy to find. Clean property.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel. It just is very basic in the rooms. Beds are small, but I would definitely stay there again.

This one person had to park in front of my window when it was not a place to park and clearly there was parking places on the property

We were unable to make our stay due to an accident in Spartanburg that afternoon. We called and the lady working was super helpful and was able to explain to the manager so that my money could be refunded, although it was last minute. It is nice to know there are still people who care left in this world! We have stayed here before. I appreciate both of you! Thank you!

The breakfast was terrible, the same things were served every day. one of the days there was no scramble eggs just over cooked sausage and whole fried eggs. the bananas had bad spots on them. the iron in the room cut off on its own i believe there was a shortage in the cord, this caused water to come out while ironing putting spots on our clothes.

The hospitality was terrible, when we arrived we were not greeted with a smile,we went out and came back in there was always eye contact i guess to make sure we belonged there, but nothing said. the attendant always looked like she had no personality so the hospitality needs improvement.
