Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed, & nice staff.

Clean room

The breakfast was great.

We didn't have breakfast. The room and bed were comfortable and clean and the price was great for what you get.

No complaints. Hard floor throughout the room, which was different, but allows for better cleaning.

Simply average. Nothing grose in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast lacked.

Good location near expressway reasonable price

Check in was very slow. Then we found out the hotel gave away the rooms I requested earlier. We were assigned 2 other rooms across from each other and when trying to enter one of the rooms we found another guest was already assigned the room. (Both our keys and the other guest keys worked for the same room). Once we had that room we came back from my family’s with the children and found the lights to enter the room were blinking like a strobe light. The floor in the bathroom was warped so you had to push the bathroom door over the hump to get it closed. The beds were very hard. The sheet had a black stain on them, and the trucks beeping to back up in the morning were loud. I will never stay here again when we come back to visit family.

Its petty but a breakfast plate was in parking lot all day. Room was great but shower needs anti slip pads in shower. Ive had a stroke and shower is very slick for a disable left side.

We visited to attend the Apple Festival in Hendersonville this was a 15 minute ride further up the road but we had no issues. Front desk staff was super helpful, room was clean and we will for sure keep in mind for any other stays in the area!

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. And the pull out sofa was like steel coils wrapped with fabric my granddaughters could not even lay on it
