"Creepy incident with the tv!"

The bed was very comfortable. Room was big and nice. No carpeting in the room big plus. I was able to park right outside my window another big plus.

The tv came on in the middle of the night! Not like a Chanel but it lit up a blue gray screen for at least 5 or so seconds. I had not touched the remote at all during my stay. I called the front desk and the young man said he didn't know what to say about that. I asked if anyone else had ever reported that happening and he said no. I was so freaked out that I put the ironing board against the door so just incase anyone tried to break in I would have a warning. I unplugged the tv and cable box. I tried to get some sleep after calming down a little but I still didn't feel safe. I would have checked out and left if I felt safe to go out after that crazy incident.

Staff wouldn't give us extra towels...we had 2. I've never in my 60 some years been denied an extra towel in a hotel... NEVER!

"It was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly"

The location was central to restaurants and easy access to Knoxville, the pool area was very nice.

The free breakfast ended at 9:00 am…wish it was 10:00
