Great place for groups

In one room was a bit colder than in others. Rest was very good

The location was great. Excellent value for money and the host was friendly and very helpful.

The host, Yolanda, was incredibly helpful and accomodating. She met us at the property as we arrived and showed us around. Appreciated the extra touches she had left in the property, bottles of water, bottle of wine, plus all the usual kitchen items needed. Rooms were spacious, clean bathrooms. There are 2x Double Rooms which have a bathroom each, but the bathroom is separate to the room. The other 2 rooms are Twin Rooms but both have ensures. The little terrace at the back was a lovely shaded spot to chill on during the day. There were four couples staying together - each had their own apartment key which was very helpful. Location was very good for us as we need to be able to catch a bus to a venue to the north of the city. Only a 10min walk to the restaurant area. There is a super market right outside the apartment which was ideal for food. It's huge. Plus lots of little shops and amenities around. It's also only a 7min walk from the Airport Bus circular stop.

It's hard to be critical as the apartment worked great for us. There's no oven. Just a hob. So be aware if you are wanting to do any serious cooking you might struggle. We ate out all the time though so not an issue. Also the apartment could do with some decor updating. But again, just being super picky. Might be a bit far if you are wanting to spend time on the beach which is a good 20-25 mins walk away through the busy centre. Yolanda really was a lovely host and looked after us very well.

Would appreciate to have a place to put the luggage on in the room. Small shower.

We had the excellent rooms at this apparment, clean and cosy. The kitchen fully equipped. Big comfy bed. The Owner of appartment Yolanda - a wonderful person, very helpful and friendly.She supported us with any issue. Location in the centre of Alicante, close to the beach, to stores, bars, resto. Definitely I will come back to this place.

Location excellent. Heart of city. Host was very obliging , allowing us to leave bags after check out. Also gave us lots of tips.

Facilities in kitchen were poor. No oven. No dishwasher. One of bathrooms had no shower door rendering shower useless as whole bathroom would get. wet. No cupboard in one of bedrooms.
