GBThis was without a doubt the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Dirty and incredibly noisy, the room was barely fit for human habitation. The only 'positive' is its proximity to the station. After complaining, I was given a 15% compensation refund.

The Comfort Inn Birmingham is an excellent choice for its prime location, just steps from the city center. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, making it a great value for money. Highly recommended
Staff is very nice, the room was clean and it is 2 min away from the station. However, the matrass& pillow were horrible. It was the first time I could not fall asleep because of that. The entire property needs a refurbishment. I could say it is ok for one night but unfortunately not even that.

This was a mistake. The staff has threatened me and 'try' to physically assault me, byt misses due to being a lit on the heavy side
Stayed 3 nights in early August and fully recommend this hotel. Room and bathroom very clean. Beds comfortable. Adequate stock of tea, coffee etc. Excellent check in and out times. All staff friendly and welcoming. Thank you for lovely stay
Excellent staff, especially Mr. Majid and his Estonian colleague; they were courteous and very helpful. My room, which had a TV snd a coffee/tea service, and the bathroom was very clean and the bed linen crisp and clean. If you are especially a single traveler (as I was) and needing to stay near the New Street railway station (the main one), the Comfort Inn Birmingham is just a few steps away. The hotel sits on the edge of Chinatown, with excellent and reasonably priced Asian fare and low-key pubs. I felt safe, despite some non-threatening panhandling inside the station, which by the way has excellent security.
