"Lamentable "

L'hôtel était vraiment très bien et le personnel vraiment très patient et arrangeant. Il est vraiment déplorable qu'aucun paiement ne leur était parvenu. Mon règlement avait bien été crédité de mon compte mais l'hôtel n'avait rien. La borne me demandait de régler. Nous avons dû attendre l'ouverture de la réception pour régler le problème. Lamentable. Nous avons perdu un temps fou sur un week end déjà très chargé. Je pense ne p'us passer par hôtel.com.

Avons reçu par hotel.com un message nous informons sur la demarche à suivre en cas d'arrivée tardive. Ce qui fut le cas. Reception fermée. Et le code fourni... n'était pas le bon ! A 23 heures passées ! Pour le reste, service habituel à ce genre d'établissement.

L'établissement est en train d'être rénové cela lui fait le plus grand bien impossible de regarder la télé car l'accès parental était demandé soirée très décevante pensez à mettre une paroi plastifiée voir en verre dans la douche car peu de place à cause du rideau qui colle ce matin à 8h alors du petit-déjeuner il y avait des manques au niveau pain bacon literie confortable hôtel calme facilité pour se garer

Enregistrement un peu compliqué à l'arrivée, pas d'accueil la nuit. L'agent de sécurité a été top et a pu m'aider. Hotel très propre. Seul bémol la climatisation qui ne marchait pas

"Inadmissible de payer deux fois la réservation"

Bonjour J'ai réservé ma chambre sur le site elle m'a été prélevé par le site une fois sur place j'ai rentré mon code de réservation et on ma demander de payer une deuxième fois à ce jour j'ai demandé un remboursement et j'ai toujours pas de nouvelles de personne Cordialement.
