It was ok but it was really hot in there and the door was messed up to get in and out of the side other than that it was good

Bathroom was bad

Dirty carpets. Broken doors. Refused extra towels.

The blonde lady that checked me in was fantastic. Room ummm NO... clean but smells like mold and cat pee

The female employee at the desk was exceptional! The lobby was clean and smelled like chlorine from the pool so I thought this was going to be a perfect hotel...I was wrong! The carpet in the common areas and once you get off the elevator on the second floor was absolutely disgusting!! Ice machine didn't work on the second floor either. Entering my room it smelled like cat urine. Paid extra to stay in the room with the jacuzzi, left to go get cleaning supplies before actually being able to use it. I expected a lot better with the reviews... I'm disappointed.

The facilities are disgusting. See attached photos. They say they are pets friendly, but you have to sign a paper saying you will stay in the room at all times with your pet, even to use the pool. The staff Mary was the rudest person. I had my grandbabies with me to use the pool. She yelled across the pool in front of other guests, they had to get out of the pool because they were not staying in the room with us. Stains all over the carpet, furniture, and shower. Looks like some disgusting stains. I will never visit this place again. I recommend you don't either.

It was clean, safe, and good price.
