USUSThe staff was really rude to us and our other travel ball parents . One of our moms was told to get off the stairs .. the stairs is all we had to leave or come downstairs ! My husband was hollered at for using the bathroom by pool . He was told “ use the one in your room “ . Just so much ! Our whole experience was terrible. Also if you’re expecting a breakfast with anything like eggs , bacon etc this place doesn’t have that . It’s waffle iron , cereal and yogurt . Unfortunately, our group of parents after the two nights we stayed we wouldn’t recommend staying here . Just would have been nice to of had any hospitality. It was nothing but mean glares and being stared at when we came out of our rooms .
The property was clean but the staff was so unfriendly. Every single one of them seemed miserable. Unfortunately, It is the only hotel in this town which holds lots of baseball tournaments. Ours just happened to be state. Next time we will opt to drive back and forth rather than stay at this property.

We were expecting rain overnight and had to bring in our folding chairs, wagon, bag as well as 3 youngs. Our room was upstairs there was no freaking elevator. All of the outlets in the room were loose and would not hold a phone charger tight. The "complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal, bruised bananas, toast, hardboiled eggs and a waffle maker.
Nothing. Staff at desk was extremely rude. Requested a refund and denied me a refund. Called ti get refund gentleman was so rude and hung up on me.i want a full refund.
