Free Airport transfer

Free airport transfer stops at 11pm so be very mindful of your flight timing! Also, hotel requires guest to voice call for pickup, which was a problem for me as I only have mobile data. Staff wasn't bothered at all to help me despite knowing that. I finally found out airport provides courtesy local call and I managed to clear immigration in time!

The location is convenient to most NW Calgary locations. The room is very spacious with a small kitchen with some pots, plates, dishes. It has sofa. Dining table with chairs. Also the beds are clean, staff is very professional!

The only thing I am not fond of is that they sent emails to ask for credit card info although I chose to pay in hotel when booked via third party platform. And they threaten to cancel the reservation if you don't response, but our reservation has been confirmed by the platform.

Clean , comfortable

Did NOT like that couldn’t use prepaid Mastercard there anymore which I had used there a few times before. It was a major inconvenience
