This was a horrible stay. My room was infested with bugs. The shower was jammed and I couldn't use the tub properly. The phone was out of order. I complained to head office who took no accountability and brushed me off telling me to call booking. Whereas booking.com staff was pleasant- they "filed a complaint" on my behalf. Nothing was done - nothing was refunded & I never heard back from anyone

Not being able to prepare for my event or sleep due to the fear of the bugs
