The staff and host welcomed us upon arrival. The room we had was the deluxe room fitted well for two people. The staffs were super nice to us and always greeted with smiles. The hotel area is great for walkable foods and market. The famous Sunday Market is on this street - this was very convenient for us. Other than the fluctuating water temperatuer shower, it was still a great room. The washroom had a bidet. Overall, was a good experience!

The hotel was overall fine, but if having a consistent hot shower is important to you, this may not be the right choice. The shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably—from cold to scalding hot—even without adjusting the settings. Unfortunately, the staff were unable to fix the issue during our stay. That said, the staff were very warm and friendly, and breakfast was quite good. It’s a simple, no-frills hotel, but it definitely needs to address the shower system to improve the guest experience.
