The night staff was very accommodating. Our Morning breakfast server needed some customer service classes. As far as the room cleanliness was good but our vanity floor was super sticky like something has spilled and not clean up well. And just one more thing , the bathroom door had such a bad squeak That it made it hard to stay asleep through it. Overall it was pleasant. I would stay again.

On our visit to this facility, there was a blackout in that part of town. we were addressed properly of situation and given options. That we wait 45 minutes, since power company was working resolution. We decided to wait and it was resolved, we given our rooms (I had booked 2 rooms) along with an apology for the inconvenience. breakfast was on time, pleasant staff. thank you I would use this facility and another Quality Inn in other parts of country. The upside of this place is that it is very cheap. Check-in was really slow. I swear it was like she was busy checking email while holding my credit card and ID. While she was being slow, her co-worker was talking to her while munching on a bag of Doritos like I wasn’t even there. Overall the place was okay, I just think there are so many little ways that the whole place could be improved.
