The property is going through a much needed renovation. The lady at the front desk was less than friendly. The shower head has so much calcium build up on it, it barely worked

Lobby dirty. Desk person reeked of cigarette smoke. Room was dirty, all lamps were very low light (probably to hide the room appearance). My husband killed an unknown bug on the wall (but didn't tell me until after we left because he knew I would leave). Elevator was broken next morning, no apology from desk person or help offered to bring bags down.

The good: staff was nice, pillows were fluffy The bad: mattress had a stain on the side I noticed when sitting in the chair next to the bed before we were leaving. Gross. I investigated and was surprised to find the mattress covers are just pads that lay on top of the bed under the sheets, and aren’t fitted around the sides. Bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn’t shut and lock properly. cracks and missing paint made the place seem run-down. I’m in my mid 40s and this is the first time I’ve actually had a cold shower in a hotel. They ran out of hot water! The breakfast was so-so. Pool water was yellow which made us wonder why and the kids opted not to swim. Daughter was disappointed. If I could do it over I’d spend a little extra and go elsewhere. This place should be a good $30-$40 cheaper per night.

Good breakfast, easy access from interstate.

Nothing was available for breakfast at 8:30. Room was dirty and stinky. No condiments for the coffee. Vent in bathroom didn't work. Mold growing on bathroom ceiling
