Personale gentile ma non parlante inglese. L'unica persona che parla Inglese è il responsabile che, pur essendo sempre disponibile al telefono, non è sempre presente sul posto. Camera rumorosa

屋上から景色は素晴らしく、朝の景色も夜景も楽しめます。 また、スタッフの対応が素晴らしいです。 シャワーの水圧も強く、エアコンの良く動き、とても過ごしやすいホテルです。

동굴 인테리어가 좋아서 들어가자마자 놀랐어요. 방 상태도 아주 좋고 청결하고 화장실도 엄청 넓어요. 신기하게 죽부인같은 베개도 같이 줘서 잘때 편하게 잤습니다. 터키 4일차 숙소였는데 침대가 제일 푹신했고 사장님은 만나본 터키분들중에 가장 친절하셨어요. 조식도 피곤하면 방으로 가져다 주신다고도 하고 퇴실할때도 괴레메에 할게 남아있으면 짐을 맡기고 가도 된다고 먼저 말씀해주셨어요. 필요한게 있으면 부담없이 사장님께 말씀해주시면 최대한 도움을 주실거에요. 숙소 테라스에서 보는 괴레메 풍경도 정말 이쁩니다. 그리고 사장님 친구분이신가 호텔에 놀러와 계셨는데 한국말 잘하시는 투어 업체 분이셨더라구요. 저는 투어는 따로 하지않았지만 투어가 필요하신분은 말씀해보셔도 좋을거 같아요

立地もよく宿のスタッフの方はみなさんとても親切で、カッパドキアの旅を楽しむために、全力で尽くしてくれました。 少しですが日本語も通じ、コミュニケーションに困りません。 おすすめしたいホテルです。

Breakfast spread could be improved

The hotel manager, Mr. Átila, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Highlight for breakfast: simple, but tasty and with quality products. The breakfast attendant was helpful and friendly. The rooftop was a disappointment. The photos showed a modern and pleasant space, but in reality it is poorly maintained, without the promised view or structure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, we had a lot of great discussions regarding the area and possible activities around. They helped us to book a few must to see places as well. The breakfast was very nice too!

Nothing, everything was just fine.
